Terms of Use

The rules for using BAZAR as a seller or a buyer. By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated: 2026-10-21

1About BAZAR

  • BAZAR connects people who make handmade or home-made products (sellers) with people who want to buy them (buyers).
  • BAZAR is not a party to any sale. The product, price, delivery and payment are agreed directly between the seller and the buyer.

2Your account

  • You need an account to use the site. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password secret.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

3Seller responsibilities

  • Only list products you made or have the right to sell, and make sure they match their description and photos.
  • Honour the price and date in any offer the buyer accepts.
  • For food: prepare it cleanly and safely, and mention any ingredients that may cause allergies.

4Buyer responsibilities

  • Give clear order details and honour an order once you accept the seller's offer.
  • Pay the agreed amount on delivery.

5Orders and payment

  • An order becomes official when the buyer accepts the seller's offer. Payment is currently cash on delivery only; BAZAR does not collect any money.
  • Buyers can cancel before the seller starts preparing; sellers can cancel before delivery.

6Prohibited content

  • Do not list or send: illegal or dangerous products, offensive or indecent content, scams, impersonation, or harassment of other users.
  • Anyone can report a product or conversation. BAZAR may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

7Ratings

  • Any user can rate a product once and write a review, as long as it is honest and not abusive. Reviews from people who actually received an order show a "Bought this product" badge.

8Limitation of liability

  • BAZAR provides the platform as it is. It does not guarantee product quality or either party's conduct and is not responsible for disputes between them, though it helps where it can through reports.

9Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
